Evolution® is a certified OEM packager of GE’s LM2500+G4 turbine engine and manufactures ultra-mobile, built for purpose, hydraulic fracturing power generation trailers. In addition, Evolution® has patented our custom built turbine generator trailer, dual-pump trailer and dual-blender trailer designs.

Leadership

Jeffrey G. Morris EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Jeffrey G. Morris serves as our Executive Chairman. Mr. Morris has over 43 years of experience in the oil & gas industry and has led numerous companies for Bridas Energy since 1990. Prior to that, Mr. Morris was the Vice President of PCE Limited, a general contracting company performing US military construction contracts on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Mr. Morris began his career in the oil & gas industry as an sales & applications engineer with National Supply Company from 1977 to 1987. Mr. Morris holds a B.S. in Engineering Sales from Texas A&M University.

Steven W. Anderson PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Steven Anderson currently serves as our President & Chief Executive Officer and previously served as the Chief Financial Officer dating back to the company’s founding. Prior to that, Mr. Anderson also served as Chief Financial Officer of Beusa Energy beginning in 2010. Mr. Anderson served as a Managing Director with KPMG, LLP working with a broad base of energy clients during a 12-year tenure. Mr. Anderson is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and serves on the Board of the Energy Workforce & Technology Council. Mr. Anderson graduated cum laude with honors from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a M.S. in Finance.

Nick K. Ruppelt CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Nick Ruppelt currently serves as our Chief Operating Officer, and since joining Evolution in 2019, he held various roles leading the Digital, Engineering, and Commercial teams at Evolution. Prior to Evolution, Mr. Ruppelt focused on automation, cloud, and digitalization technologies for the industrial sector as a sales leader at Siemens. Mr. Ruppelt holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from Villanova University.

Jorge A. Campos CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Jorge Campos currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Evolution Well Services. Mr. Campos joined Evolution in July 2021 and leads the company’s overall corporate finance, accounting, treasury, and other financial functions. Prior to Evolution, Mr. Campos spent 12 years in investment banking covering the energy and oilfield services sector. Prior to that, Mr. Campos worked for El Paso Corporation in their financial, planning & analysis group. Mr. Campos holds a B.B.A in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Gregory V. Brown GENERAL COUNSEL

Gregory Brown serves as our General Counsel and Secretary since its founding. Mr. Brown is responsible for all legal, intellectual property, regulatory, governmental relations and administrative business. From May 1996 until 2010, Mr. Brown served as a partner in the litigation and trial practice departments of the Houston offices of Jackson Walker L.L.P. and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld L.L.P. Prior to practicing as an attorney, Mr. Brown served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Pascal F. Calogero, Jr. of the Louisiana Supreme Court of New Orleans. Mr. Brown received his law degree from Duke University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of New Orleans.

Will R. Barnes VICE PRESIDENT, HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

Will Barnes joined Evolution Well Services in 2021 as the Vice President of HSE. With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Barnes has dedicated his career to HSE roles in oilfield services. Prior to Evolution, Mr. Barnes served as the Vice President of HSE for Nine Energy Service supporting completion tools, wireline, cementing, and coiled tubing operations. Mr. Barnes also worked for Wier Oil & Gas’s wellhead division as North American HSE Manager. Additionally, Mr. Barnes served as the Southeastern US HSE Manager for Cameron International where he supported operations for pressure control equipment, compressors, and jackup rigs. Mr. Barnes is a Certified Safety Professional. He holds a B.S. Degree in Occupational Health and Safety and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Organizational Leadership.

Mike K. Bateman VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Mr. Bateman joined Evolution Well Services in early 2013 during the build and testing of the original electric fleet bringing his 34 years of experience in the industry. Mr. Bateman relocated to the US operation in 2014 to hold a key role in the design and set up of the US fleet. In this role Mr. Bateman leads Evolution Well Services operations with integrity and expertise into the future of electric fracturing. Prior to his current role Mr. Bateman acquired invaluable knowledge and experience with Schlumberger for 19 years, both in Canada and the US in various positions. Prior to his time at Schlumberger, he was involved in two start up well service companies, Century Frac and Pioneer Natural Resources.

Elizabeth Karl VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES

Elizabeth Karl serves as our Vice President of Human Resources and has led the Human Resources department since its founding. Mrs. Karl joined our founding organization in 2010 as a Paralegal with 8 years of legal experience. Mrs. Karl has used her legal knowledge to navigate complex organizational challenges, implement effective HR policies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Mrs. Karl is committed to continuous learning and working closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. Mrs. Karl is a certified Human Resources Professional with the Society of Human Resources and HR Certification Institute holding a B.S. in Criminal Justice and an M.S. in Human Resource Management.

Connor M. Sinclair VICE PRESIDENT, DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

Connor Sinclair serves as the Vice President of Digital Technology for Evolution Well Services. In this role, he leads efforts in data analytics, applications, process controls, information technology and knowledge management. Mr. Sinclair is passionate about optimizing business operations through technology-driven solutions and digital culture. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in the development and ongoing execution of Evolution’s Digital Strategy. Mr. Sinclair has focused his entire career on the technology sector of oil & gas and prior to joining Evolution, led digital solution development at Devon Energy in Oklahoma City. Mr. Sinclair graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems (MIS) and summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University with a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
