Engineered for electric frac, our pump trailers maximize uptime and efficiency through raw power and operational simplicity.
Blender

Redundant. Programmable. Designed for Flexibility.

Evolution’s dual-tub blenders are built for flexibility, enabling independent or combined operations to support zipper, simulfrac, and trifrac applications with a minimal footprint.

  • Independently programmable sides allow for 120 BPM each or 240 BPM combined – maximizing design flexibility
  • Full system redundancy on a single trailer enhances reliability without requiring a second unit
  • Compact layout reduces total pad footprint compared to conventional blender setups
  • No onboard operator station reduces personnel exposure to silica dust, chemicals, and high-pressure zones
Whether you’re optimizing treatment schedules or minimizing risk, Evolution’s blenders are designed to deliver what you need.
Datavan

Visibility and Control – All Under One Roof.

The Datavan serves as the operational command center of every Evolution jobsite – combining advanced control systems, panoramic visibility, and a dedicated space for client collaboration, all in a single three-level mobile unit.

  • All equipment is operated remotely from inside the Datavan – keeping personnel out of high-risk zones
  • Top-level operations deck provides a clear bird’s-eye view of the entire location
  • 360° “eye-in-the-sky” camera system delivers real-time visibility across the pad
The Datavan reflects Evolution’s commitment to safety, efficiency, and transparency in every part of the job.
Switchgear

High-Capacity Power Distribution, Built for the Field.

Evolution’s switchgear functions as the connection point between the power source and the full array of electric frac equipment on site – delivering consistent, scalable power to the entire pad.

  • Receives power input from multiple sources, capable of leveraging turbine power, grid power, or a combination of both to minimize emissions and maximize cost savings
  • Maximized capacity with 70MW nameplate capacity, 20 13.8kV outputs, 16 480V connections, this unit is designed to enable full electrification of the frac site, including ancillary services
  • Remote monitoring of power quality and delivery ensures uptime and operational visibility
  • Onboard 480V emergency power capability for backup scenarios
Evolution’s switchgear is the backbone of reliable, scalable power delivery across every pad
Turbine

Compact. Powerful. Designed to Move.

Evolution’s electric fleets are powered by hyper-mobile, purpose-built turbine packages engineered and packaged by our sister company, Dynamis Power Solutions, for maximum output with minimal footprint. As a certified OEM packager for GE’s LM2500, LM2500+, and LM2500+G4 gas turbine engines, Dynamis’ solutions empower Evolution’s team of dedicated turbine operators to deliver proven power in a field-friendly format.

  • < 24-hour pad move time with no crane or forklift required
  • 25,000-hour service interval – over 3x longer than diesel alternatives
  • Designed for rapid load response, meeting fluctuating power demands in real time
  • Supports multiple fuel types, including field gas, CNG, LNG, and hydrogen blends
With industry-leading power density and minimal footprint, Dynamis’ packages are built to keep pace with high-rate completions operations.
