We are thrilled to announce that the Energy Workforce & Technology Council (EWTC) has awarded Evolution Well Services three separate awards for safety performance!
The first, the “Presidents Safety Recognition” award was granted to us for a greater than 25% year over year reduction of risk.
The second, the “Bronze Safety Performance” award was granted to us for having one of the lowest incident rate amongst our peers.
And last, but certainly not least, Evolution has also been awarded the “Innovation in Safety Award.” This prestigious award recognizes our ongoing commitment to safety excellence and highlights the advancements we are making in operational training. Our award-winning program incorporates virtual reality (VR) training and hyper-mobile solutions that can bring essential, on-demand training right to our operational sites. This program has been under thoughtful and deliberate development for quite some time, guided by our vision to create a safer and more accessible training environment for all team members. The innovative use of VR and mobile solutions allows us to simulate complex scenarios and reinforce safety protocols, empowering employees with hands-on experience wherever they are.
We could not be more honored to have received these awards. It’s clear that safety remains a core value at Evolution and that we’re committed to imbedding it into everything we do. We know that our people are our greatest resource and that they are the real heroes. Their care, pride, and mindset of team ensure a culture committed to the safest operations possible.
